The pump is a hydraulic pump driven by piezoelectric ceramics. The material of the pump system is food grade. It is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. Chip-level shape size, small space occupation, length * width * height is about 7mm * 7mm * 2mm. The pump oil pressure can reach 0.1 MPa, which has good unidirectional cutoff and can ensure that the product does not leak oil in the static state. The pump oil rate can be controlled, and the oil quantity can be controlled and adjusted by changing the driving voltage.

The micro-pump has a test base and can be directly tested and used.
Customers can choose whether they need to test the base according to their needs. The pump base is equipped with installation positioning holes.
The interference fit is fixed, and the radial seal ring is used at the oil inlet and outlet holes.
(Recommended seal ring specifications: O-ring 2.8mm *1.8mm *0.5mm)



Product description

01. If customers choose to install micro-pump for testing and use, do not press piezoelectric ceramics directly on the surface of the micro-pump with their hands. After aligning the mounting hole of the pump seat with the corresponding installation column, install the micro-pump with their hands around the metal substrate.

02. In the performance parameters, 100% PG (propylene glycol) and 100% VG (vegetable glycerol-glycerol) were blended in a ratio of 1:1, and the density of fume after blending was p=1.1495g/cm3.

03. The performance parameters include output pressure and output flow based on the drop of 135 mm between the inlet and outlet of the micro-pump test pipeline. The length of the inlet and outlet of the test pipeline is 100 mm, the outer diameter is 2 mm, the inner diameter is 1 mm, the material is silica gel, the length of the outlet pipeline is 120 mm, the outer diameter is 2 mm, the inner diameter is 1 mm, and the material is silica gel.

4 before the use and testing process, the inlet of the test base must be connected to the pump liquid, and the needle tube can be connected to the outlet of the test base to extract and extract the tiny bubbles in the liquid pump.

Installation instructions and precautions

Installation instructions:

When installing, first ensure that the sealing ring is firmly installed. The inlet of the mini pump base and the installation holes of the outlet side are respectively aligned to the entrance and outlet ends of the test base to install the positioning post, and press the press around the metal substrate directed by arrow 3 before pressing.

Matters needing attention:

.- The piezoelectric ceramics on the surface of the micro-pump should be avoided as much as possible by hand and other hard objects, which may cause damage to the piezoelectric ceramics and affect their performance.

- The cleanliness of the pumped liquid must be ensured in the use process. If impurities in the liquid enter the pump, it may cause the performance of the pump to decline, or even block the pump. It is suggested that the pump liquid be stored in a sealed container in the course of use or test in order to prevent external impurities from mixing into the test liquid.

- Do not touch the inlet and outlet of the pump body with your bare hands.
- If there is foreign matter in the gas storage device connected with the micro-pump, it may block the vent holes during the process of the micro-pump's venting, thus causing the loss of performance of the vent valve. It is recommended to install filters or other devices on the connecting air path to prevent foreign bodies from entering the exhaust valve (the use of filters can not completely inhibit the deterioration of the performance of the exhaust valve).
